However, in rare and clinically appropriate cases, our pharmacists collaborate with licensed prescribers to create individualized formulations for patients who experience allergies, intolerances, or require alternative dosage forms.

1. Contact Your Doctor.
Contact your doctor and schedule a quick Telehealth Call. If you do not have a regular doctor, simply contact Shady Grove Pharmacy and we can make a referral to doctors who would be happy to schedule a Telehealth call to discuss your weight-loss goals with you.
2. Send us your prescription.
Your doctor can send it over to us for you, you can send it through our website or email, or just bring it with you. Whichever is easiest for you!
3. Receive your medication.
If you are local, you can come pick it up directly. If you are out of town or too busy to come to us, we can ship your medication to you at a modest negotiated rate with FedEx.
